Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Evri or Royal Mail, with the exception of bank holidays and weekends. Goods will only be sent on a 'working' day i.e. Monday-Friday and deliveries will take 2-4 'working' days as standard and as free delivery.  Next day delivery is not a service we can offer but can be requested and will be sent when possible. There is an extra £6.95 fee to pay irrespective of the order value. To request this, please email chris.kay@nextgenerationtraing.co.uk. From time to time Next Generation Supplies Ltd may close for longer holiday periods and no orders will be dispatched 14 prior to Christmas day. Any orders ordered within this time period will be dispatched from the 27th December. This is done so that parcels are not lost by couriers and to reduce their workloads over the busy period of December.
